The things we carry, and what we can let go of

I've been thinking a lot about the things I carry with me, whether intentionally or unintentionally.

I'm thinking about the clothes and shoes-- things that have survived life's different voyages with me. I have this one pair of shoes that is so beat up, but I can't even imagine being without them.
